From our first initial visit to the store to get a few ideas right the way to the second visit and the member of staff booking our holiday the whole experience was second to none.
Very efficient talking you through everything and listening to what we wanted.

The very friendly and efficient Miles Morgan Travel staff provided full information for a stay in Jersey, and then booked for us the ferry and preferred hotel on the island. We had a pleasant visit to the travel agents' office in Bath - avoiding the numerous difficulties and frustrations of self booking on line.

Aleksandra listened carefully to our travel requirements and worked through several optionswith us. She was enthusiastic about our choice and talked positively about it. She navigated the Cunard website and made several suggestions on how to improve our experience. We would not have had such comprehensive knowledge if we had done it at home by ourselves We are excited and looking forward to our next holiday.

Very friendly staff and very informative. Experienced and gave us alot of information about the holiday we were booking. Gave us plenty of time and looked at different options so we could chose which flight times and holiday suited us best.
