Bit of hickup during order but brilliantly resolved.
Easy accessible website with great deals. Got some problems with the availability of an ordered product (was not available after order, however still marked 'available' in webshop) and got offered to opt for refund or order an alternative product. Ordered alternative and abusively got payment request for over EUR 100 more than difference in order was about. Problem however got fast en brilliantly solved. NB: actual processing is by the Polish department of this company:

Excellent customer service and support. I received timely updates of the status of my purchase and properly working tracking number. The item arrived in excellent condition.
The product is also great. I have always been happy with the quality of Hazard 4 products and them withstanding the tests of time and everyday-use proves that. I hope this back pack will fall under the same category. The stitching seems really well made, the zippers work seamlessly and the whole backpack looks well thought.
I would appreciate a different arrangement and sizes of the pouches on the separation sleeve that comes with it. The seem to lack specific purpose or are not well thought for general purposes. Also I would appreciate a set of dividers like those for the bigger models, even as aftermarket parts. But again these are all personal preference and by no means was I take by any surprise. The pictures and the descriptions were crystal clear as to what I was getting beforehand.

Very poor customer support!!!
The goods are often out of stock, prices change quickly. Even though they say they will be shipped immediately, they are not in a hurry. Sometimes they ship the next day. Delivery from Poland to the Czech Republic + another 2 days - by courier. Customer support is very, very bad, very stupid and annoying AI on the phone. They don't answer emails if they don't want to. I'm very glad I didn't have to deal with any problems. Very bad.
