Customer support is terrible
Customer support is terrible. Non-functioning AI on the phone. They respond to emails late, sometimes not at all. Shipping takes a long time. Goods ordered during working hours on July 23. delivered on July 28. Yes, it was a weekend, but from PL to the Czech Republic in 3 days???? It was supposed to be a gift, unfortunately sent and delivered late. I have repeatedly asked about shipping the goods, no answer from you yet. :-(
