2 babies + big luggages airport ride
This is the second time we are using Minicabride. We did a return ride to the airport with our family of 4 + 2 extra big luggages. They provided 2 age appropriate car seats for my children. Amazing communication for booking and until the ride. We were greeted in a timely manner and the ride was very smooth. We will only be using them from now on, highly recommend!

Unfortunately, at the time, we did not have another available driver with the required child seat who could reach you sooner. It was also a particularly busy period, and the delay was further impacted by traffic conditions.
We acknowledge that you were advised about a discount and regret that no follow-up was made. As a gesture of goodwill, we would like to offer a £10 refund for this journey, along with a 10% discount on your next booking with us.
We value your custom and will take steps to ensure this does not happen again in the future.

Brilliant service
It’s always a bit worrying when you have to get to the airport for a very early flight and MINICAB ride made the whole process as stressfree as possible: confirming the time the night before, the next morning, the driver arriving 10 minutes early and perfectly happy to wait for us. The driver was terrific: pleasant, polite— couldn’t have been more helpful and I definitely recommend the service to anyone who needs airport transport.

Drivers were very friendly and…
Drivers were very friendly and efficient.
The female leaving messages was confusing and spoke too fast for us that are not used to British language.
They only answer phones at times, very hard to get on phone from US. Would not mind at all using same drivers but not same company. Though I must say every pick up was as scheduled and also flexible with a forewarning.
