The gold bracelet I bought broke within weeks of owning it. The owner said she’d pay for repairs but when I sent her the receipt she ghosted me. Do not buy from here. Save your money.

The jewel met my expectations, the only critic I have: (maybe i should have known), but I wasn't aware that there would still be import taxes to pay.

Although Misoa Jewelry is not based in the US, this piece was received promptly and is exactly as shown. Nice quality, and many compliments received when wearing it.

Jewelry fell apart and cannot get a refund. Bought a 14kt gold figaro bracelet for my daughter's graduation. Looked great, but immediately fell apart, twice. Currently on hold with Bank of America trying to get a refund. The clasp fell off, now the "gold" is peeling off the links. Bought a replacement from Ross-Simons, no problems.

They did well to notify me when my package was near, when it was being shipped and when it arrived. It arrived in perfect condition in a classy little box. My only complaint is that there aren’t more shipping options. It would’ve been nice if shipping could have taken less than 2 weeks instead of 3 weeks. However, I am very please with my purchase.

The paper clip chain was halow and very cheaply made . It dented and bent after couple of wears.

My order just arrived today and WOW! I'm really impressed by the quality of the construction and the design. Everything is obviously genuine gold and stamped 14k/585, so for those who are hesitant about ordering gold jewelry online - don't be! Shipping was quick and Arzu was really nice about making sure the order was exactly what I wanted. Overall, out of all the direct to consumer jewelry brands I've ordered from, I can honestly say that Misoa is the best.

Ordered the Letter P necklace for my girlfriend’s graduation gift. She was super happy with it! Arzu was also extremely helpful and informative with answering any questions that I had about the product.
