Sadly I had to wait more than 20 days to receive the first part of my order while the second part is still in transit despite the purchased has been made on September 9th and today is Oct 7th.
The quality of the products I got is really cheap, very different from the nice pictures I saw online and one of the item was even damaged.
I want to return everything but shipment back will be on me and the delivery address is in UK that implies an high cost of shipment and custom fees.
I'm sorry but my experience was really negative.

I was charged for my order and never received the package. I received an email saying they were unable to deliver, but no further communication.

I never received my package. Ordered on 9/1. I asked for a refund and now they’re not answering their emails. I’ve wasted $134.
Update
I was contacted today (9/29) and was offered a refund and a free item of my choice. I will change the rating when the refund and the item arrive. As of now, it has been disappointing that they only reached after I left ig comments (which they deleted) and this review. I emailed them twice to handle this privately but got no response until now. I’ll update this rating if I actually do receive the free item and my refund.
9/30- refund received.
10/14-free set received. I’ve changed the rating to reflect that (4 stars). I do want to reorder the rest of my order but I do wish they had cup sizes. I can imagine the return process must be complicated as shipping was.

The product is well-made, with quality material. The items themselves are beautiful, colorful, and fit the description of what I saw when I ordered them online.

Ordered 4 different sets and all fitted well. Quality also good consider the price. Only negative was longer delivery.

Low quality but high prices

Slow delivery, ill fitting by size on the bra cup for a large lingeries dress and cheap plastic straps. Not value for money

The sett that I bought was great! Quality really good.
I thought the packaging would be in better quality.. because it didn't protect the product really well..
it took much longer to arrive then I thought it would.
But besides that I'm happy with my purchase

There were supposed to be three costumes in my package and there were only two. The third one that was supposed to be my free one wasn’t included in package

I loved the look of my lingerie but sadly the quality assurance was lacking. I had to have the product mended and had to sew on nearly all the metal hooks for the corset back of the outfit!
I don’t have the physical capacity to drive and returning via the post for a new outfit was neither timely or cost efficient for me.

The quality of the product is really cheap and even lingerie is sewn slightly different than on pictures. They hide their negative reviews on their website to mislead customers to buy ‘5 star product’.
