Sexy lingerie

I ordered couple sets and it’s absolutely fantastic. It’s even better than I expected and I loved how the sizes works for any shape of the body.

Great customer service, just good items

The fit of the items were a little off for me. I am 5’7” and 140 pounds. I wear a 32DD. The medium bottoms were large on me, but the top too small. The body suit I ordered in a large based on their sizing fit great. I did leave a review with them, saying that it didn’t make sense for me to return the items with the cost of shipping (they are in Europe and I am in the US), but they did offer to send me one more piece free of charge. I’m excited to get that one in the mail. So customer service was quick and excellent.

The quality of the pieces were a little less than I expected for the prices, and I probably wouldn’t order again because of that, but they were very pretty. Just wish they fit!

Not concerned about order quality or amending issues

first time ordering, item was nice but later on after the 14 day return window I discovered that one of the bras was misconstructed, I reached out to resolve and they refused to help due to it being past the 30 days of purchase... really? In addition, one of the garter straps was missing form the set, asked for a replacement of jsu the missing strap and again, refused. Won't ever buy again...

We have a 15 day return policy which means that If 15 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If the bra was misconstructed or if there was a garter strap missing you should have contacted us within 15 days after receiving it and not 33 days later!
