Buyers beware please stay away from this company!!!
Another establishment that thinks they can get away with not delivering your parcels and delaying or even refusing your refund.
They use thieving DPD who are allergic to doorbells as I was in all day no attempt to deliver stole or as they like to say LOST my parcel….investigation raised but can someone tell me why I need to wait for this to be done instead of refunding me like a normal sane company would oh no I’ve got to wait for the back and forth between them and courier to end!!!!
Absolute scammers!!

I brought some knee high boots from here as a birthday present for my daughter.They arrived in a small damaged box,they didn't fit so I tried returning them took 5 emails try and sort a refund out because it kept saying my order number was wrong. When I did get a refund I got half of a refund not only was I charged for returning them i was also charged taxes.Awfully overrated company,taking people's hard earned money all for just returning something not only are people buying from this company they are giving more to them by buying there shit knock offs, returning stuff and being charged for it. Daylight robbery! Half of what they sell you can buy of debenhams better value and you get a fall refund if you need to return.I would never buy from here again
