Gold vermeil tarnished so necklace…

Gold vermeil tarnished so necklace unwearable. I purchased a necklace around 2020 from the Lucy Williams range. Around 8 years later it is badly tarnished despite looking after it carefully. I have purchased around 4 other items from Missoma over the years. I contacted Missoma asking for advice or support and was told that they had my email and address in their system but they couldn't see the order for this specific necklace so wouldn't help me. I had sent photos and offered to post the necklace so they can see it's from their range but they will not take responsibility. So that's a £130 necklace that's now unwearable. I won't shop with Missoma again.

I am a huge Missoma fan

I am a huge Missoma fan, 90% of my jewellery are from here and they never disappoint! The most beautiful quality and stunning designs, my go to jewellery brand! The girls at Bond Street, Sadia and Nikki are the loveliest cannot fault their customer service!

Ordered on the 03/05 for a 2 to 3 day delivery, sent a query on delivery on the 11/05, said in transit, it’s now the 14/05 and no site of my order!

Necklace turned up in an appalling…

Necklace turned up in an appalling tangled mess. Supposedly worth £545, turns up looped through a bag and in a huge knot. The gift wrap was glued to the box tightly, so having to damage that was already annoying but thank god I did as I would have been nothing but embarrassed handing this gift over to my Mother on her 60th Birthday. Tried to contact via email as this is their contact on the site, only to get a bounce back "because the recipient's email address isn't listed in the domain's directory"!! Do not order.
