Avoid this site! I ordered and paid for goods almost a month ago and have heard nothing. No order confirmation but yet they took my money OK. I've used the site message facility and emailed but they haven't bothered replying so I've paid for an order I've never received... Dreadful customer service I wish I'd read these reviews first. Don't waste your cash, shop elsewhere.

Amazing service
From opening the website page to ordering the speedy delivery and then getting the product. The whole experience was a pleasure. The product i brought was the daila rose and would 100% recommend this duel toy. Wow wow wow. I will defiantly be returning for more. Thank you.

Never received for one . When I emailed told me they struggled to find my name and email with my order but have proof of purchase through the email I used . Then asked my delivery address and never responded wasted my money on something I never received .

tried to return faulty goods but have not had a reply giving us the address where to return the goods .other emails regarding this problem have not been answered so we assume they are ignored. therefore our conclusion is that the company is a con.

Don't bother with the company
Despite trying numerous times I couldn't get anyone from customer services to contact me regarding a returns. With the 14 day deadline looming I figured I was stuck with it, so might as well try the item out. Don't waste your money! The main part is too slim and small to be felt properly and the suction part doesn't reach and cover the area. I don't think there's anything wrong with my anatomy! I'll be putting mine straight in the bin and buying through a reputable company with good customer service.

We have tried various toys in our relationship but this was by far the most useless. The speed button does not appear to change anything.
When the item turn up in its cloth bag through the post we were instantly disappointed and nothing changed throughout trying it.
Waste of money to expensive even if it was cheap it would still be a waste of money

telephone contact was terrible, in my opinion a scam to make you more money.
I called to order 3 times, and each time was kept on phone for over 10 mins,
