Excellent service & great quality, wife is extremely happy

This is purely a personal experience review which i am not stating in order to put future purchasers off in any way. The item i ordered sounded like a sherman tank with no gearbox oil in it, so loud whether it was covered or not so that wasn't what i thought i would be receiving. The box said "quiet". I was very dismayed that the item was not sealed in packaging at all, it came wrapped up in a few sheets of black tissue paper (very unhygienic in my eyes especially in the current climate although Nick did accept that my comment on this had been noted & he would look at ways to address this) it had then been placed into a padded envelope along with the flattened box & usb charge cable. I could not envisage this thing being remotely pleasurable with my other half & certainly not romantic due to noise so threw it straight into the bin. Indeed, my better half did comment that it sounded like that low bore toned drill you get at the dentist only slightly faster. I did offer feedback to the company who replied the following day & there was concern as to how it sounded & did suggest that i turned it on so they could hear it over the phone, had i known earlier before refuse collection, i could have sorted this easily by retrieving from bin however we had a Sat collection due to it being a bank hol week. I did not ask nor demand a refund & i had simply put the purchase down to one of lifes cost lessons but, to their utmost credit, i received an email yesterday (Tues 11th May) to inform me that the cost had been refunded in full & for that, i am greatful to Nick for being 100% with his customer service skills. I was maybe unlucky to receive a faulty one & the packaging puts me off reordering but, others may order one that is perfect & thoroughly enjoy their experience, i would not say don't order. One thing you will get, is 5*/5* customer service should you receive the same as me & that speaks volumes i think
