#When you pay twice because of their payment page fault, then you have to wait several months to get back to your payment. Then ask them too your account statement for a full-month couse see that they have paid or not.

We offer only new parts which are manufactured by the manufacturer of the brands, so we have no pirate parts, even if our prices are great. The reason the parts did not fit could be that you did not verify the original part numbers which are important to ensure you get the correct parts for your car. The original part number you can get from the local car dealer.
I have prepared in your MISTER-AUTO account the needed return label, so you can login and print it out and then send the return back to us to be refunded. You please leave the return and the label to nearest DHL-service point.

Unfortunately Mister-Auto sell parts that don't fit.
I bought MTS Ref. 04.3906, exhaust parts, which according to Mister-Auto should fit a VW Lupo year 2000. It does NOT fit, not even close. PLEASE stop selling these parts as replacement parts, I don't know what car they fit, but NOT VW Lupo year 2000. This has caused me so much trouble. Had to cut up the exhaust system to be able to at least use som parts of it. Won't buy from Mister-Auto again, they don't know anything about the parts they are selling. Sad but true.

There is several modifications for your car model, so we recommend you to verify with the original part number, OEM-code. The OEM-code ensure you really get the correct part. If you contact your local car dealer they only, not we, can provide you the OEM-code, cause they are connected to the manufacturer data base. When you have received the OEM-code you can of course contact us to help you search in our range or that you go to our web front page and instead of chose writing the reg. nr. You chose search by Prod. Ref. And in the field there you write the OEM-code from the car dealer.

Will use their services again!
When the part arrived the package was in a very bad shape and there was not any cushions inside to protect the main package. I know that the bad shape of the package is not their fault but using some bubble wrap or something to protect the item would be nice.
In any case, the shipping was on time and everything went smoothly so I will use their services again.
