Would never order again.I call to ask for a tracking number (standard thing to have), I was told its not available. On top of that, when I called, the guy asked me to verify myself. I told him the first, last name, address, etc. and told him I ordered it on my girlfriends name (since shes the one receiving it). He told me he needs to speak to my girlfriend for verification.? Unprofessional company.

Not trustworthy! Worst service ever!
Not trustworthy! 4 months after I paid, no glasses yet! I ordered it in March 2024, and recieved a defected frame that could not be used! I emailed them and returned it after their confirmation. They promised to send a new one.. I have been calling and emailing them several times. It is June 2024 and they still postpone the delivery! Such a waste of time on selecting the frame, filling all the forms online, and returning the defected one, calling them and emailing them several times! Every time 5-6 min waiting on the phone, with no result.. Such an irresponsible online shop!

Very positive experience
It’s very helpful to be able to try on glasses online, though this function is only available for certain glasses. The Oakley glasses I bought are at a great discount and were well packed and arrived well. Wish they could indicate the estimated delivery time better though. It took about 9-10 days in total to reach the Netherlands.

Very fraudulent delivery time
Very fraudulent delivery time. They mention on their website the product will be delivered within 4-6 days. However, it’ll actually take like 3 weeks.
Ordered my glasses a week ago and have been told by Mister Spex employee that my glasses can be with me after 6 days.
However, after 8 days, nothing arrived, not even a delivery confirmation.
So I called the company again and has been told that the delivery was delayed for another 2 weeks
Also, the refund process will take a quite long time.
There is also updates from the company or whatsoever until I called
For this bad customer experience with my 1st time purchase, I have to give you 1 star, Misterspex!
Will continue update if I receive my order and refund!
