would give no stars if I could!! Placed an order 8th May, no order received order, sent several messages through the portal and several emails with no response. I have contacted my bank to get my money back and they will be having to cancel my card to do the process.

Scam. Ordered a couch bed over 5 weeks ago and can't get any response to my emails. Nothing received, no answers. Trying to get money back now.

Scammed. I paid through SHOP, I thought it was safe , I’ve emailed but no response

Ordered in March money left my account l have tried emailing them several times no response why are these disgusting companies allowed to advertise on Facebook can’t they do a check before they are accepted.

Also been scammed , same as everyone else here , I'm reporting this to my bank and request a reverse payment to get my money back , don't waste your time emailing, dirty thieving scum !!!!

Ordered two couch covers on 19th April.
Received confirmation of order and receipt, and money left account.
Since then not a word.
I have emailed 3 times with no response and emails come back saying address does not exist.
There is no phone number and the address in Shaftsbury, Dorset, also seems to not exist.
Facebook are still allowing the company to advertise.
Think Trading Standards might be interested.
Should have checked on Trust Pilot first.
If anyone else is considering purchasing from mister Woofs be warned, You are probably not going to get your goods but your money will be taken.

They have taken my money but I have not received the goods. They do not answer messages. The transaction was through the Shopify platform. They won't take any responsibility. Stear clear of both. Absolute SCAM

Mysteriously appeared on my PayPal account.

Total scam ordered February several emails sent and nothing received. Criminals!

Not even 1 star is deserved. Ordered early Jan 2024. 5 months later nothing. Received multiple generic responses asking for my patience when request for shipping update sent was passively Angry requests for updates were met with silence. Pretty obvious the once thriving company was run into the ground by inept mngmnt.

Scam. Ordered Jan but never received despite following up and being assured delay due to extreme demand. Burn in hell scammers.

Been screwed. Total scam. Live and learn.

Like I have now read below, I ordered on 24th January 2024 and still haven't received my order. They did email initially when I chased them but now website doesn't exist either. Really disappointed

Awful! Didn’t arrive and no answer to emails enquiring. Scam

Ordered my product over 2 months ago. Emailed for tracking number with generic responses. Never received my product or a tracking number. Now getting no response to my emails! I doubt I will ever receive my product!

A complete scam. I’ve been emailing for weeks and no response except for one single generic response (after about 4 emails) letting me know someone will contact you in 48 hours.

Ordered 25 February 2024. Still not arrived 12 April 2024.

Sent several requests for update. One reply said much the same as other reviews below, one of which said something about customs taking too long.

Tried to look up my order today 12 April, (which at one point was showing as being at some German Airport), and find their website no longer exists.

Interesting their US eBay shop indicates the "Seller reserves the right to cancel transaction to abusive buyers, WE DO NOT HAVE TO SELL TO YOU!" (their capitals, not mine).

Clearly they have a problem, even with scamming.
