Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy. Delivery was told to be in 3-5 days but was changed to Posti which took 10 days. It would be good that you could also control Posti’s delivery process - as an individual Posti has no interest in customer service or dealines.

Bought and paid ( incl. freight) four chairs 8th July. Today 20th nobody knows where they are - I have got plentiful of apologies so far but interested to get the chairs. Mjuk is not recommended by me.

Quite questionable customer service
Quite questionable customer service! Picking up the goods is difficult as the opening times of the storage/warehouse can nowhere be found.. and are not shared with the confirmation message that the goods are ready for pickup!

Paid for two pieces of furniture, was told i would get an e-mail regarding my order shortly. Havent heard anything from mjuk since then. This was 7 days ago.
Update - After I contacted Mjuk´s support they looked into my order and set up a delivery date.
