Good buying experience

Bought my couch from Mjuk for around 30% of the cost for a new one of the same model. Clean and good, helpful and polite guys carried it in and put it into the right spot. Can strongly recommend!

Excellent!

Excellent experience! Ordered several items of vintage furniture, everything was in a good shape and as on pictures.
Pay attention, that if you order an item that is in Finland, it might take a bit longer time to arrive (in my case, 2-3 weeks, instead of 1-2), because of the non-standard size of postal.

The customer service was 5 stars. Very responsive and fast (got an answer within 1-2 hours! Wow!).

Special thanks to delivery/runners boys, who were very VERY careful, attentive and helpful (4 huge and heavy items, all brought to another floor very carefully, put at the place and even unpacked!). Honestly, the best delivery service I’ve ever gotten.

Will order again and recommend everyone! Thank you Mjuk Team.

After 3 failures, furniture not delivered after 3 months of waiting

A piece of furniture failed to be delivered (as in, the delivery team called on the day of delivery to report the piece missing) three times over a period of three months, with each customer service inquiry sent to them about it taking more than a week (often times multiple) before being answered.

After three months, they finally responded by saying the piece is no longer available and that we will be refunded for its cost, and offered us 20% off our next purchase, which we find is not close to patching up our loss of trust in their system.

Overall satisfied, but high sales commission

Overall satisfied with mjukhome services. It is a hassle free way of selling furniture. Mjukhome handles everything in the salesprocess. But, the sales commissions they charge from the seller is way too high. E.g. a furniture sold for around 6000 SEK. Will give you around 2500 SEK in your pocket, with their pickup service included. Have that in mind.

Happy with the selling process

I opted to bring in the furniture myself to the warehouse and the whole process was smooth. I felt there was a slight gap in the communication once I had dropped off the chairs but they eventually sold and I'm quite happy with the price.

Easy and smooth service
