Scammers

Scammers. If there was a way to give no stars, I would. Spend over $500 on shoes, never received them. Same as everyone here, customer support just kept lying saying shoes will be sent soon. Well it’s been over a year now, still no shoes, and e-mail customer support resulted in delivery status notification failure. Don’t take people’s money and not deliver the goods.

Same experience as everyone else

Same experience as everyone else! Ordered shoes in Nov 2023 and they never came. I ordered from them before in the past and received them but this year was different. Contacted support and got a general response email that they probably have sent to everyone saying there are issues with the carrier and that the shoes will come eventually. It’s been 3 months and I recently moved because my lease was up. These will never come. The website went down. They removed the comments from their IG and now the support email is deactivated. Very upset about this as this was a gift for my dad for Christmas. My bank has also opened up an investigation and has given me a credit for my purchase.

Ordered shoes in May 2023- still not received

Ordered shoes in May 2023, it's end of Jan 2024, and still no shoes. Emailed regularly in 2023, they said they were in pre-production when I ordered but they would be coming. Now the email address is bouncing back!

I order a pair of shoes back in Jan 3. 2023 and as of today still haven’t received my shoes. I emailed them a few time and was told that I have order a pre-sale shoes and it will be coming. Since I did a pre sale I can’t get my refund. This company is BS. I want my money back

I have had the worst experience ever

I have had the worst experience ever. Now it’s seem like the email for the support team doesn’t work anymore. I never got my order and they insisted i have to wait until the support team advise them on the next steps. You will not believe it was last year Black Friday sale. I made 2 orders and the only thing that did come was the sweater and it was a whole completely different sweater. You can’t make this up. They asked for a photo of it and I sent it and then they went on to say that was a final sale nothing they can do about it. Not even a refund. I still have it and it’s nothing like what I ordered. Crazyyyy we got scammed

Worst experience I've EVER

Worst experience I've ever had and it is a shame because I supported MLO since it first started.
I ordered a pair of shoes November 2022 along with several apparel items. I NEVER got the shoes - DNA T211. I emailed them immediately after seeing the status said my items were received. What I noticed was the clothing items had a date, but the shoes were still pending/being shipped. I sent several emails and after 88 days, I asked for a refund. The wouldn't give me a refund and promised the shoes would still be shipped as they were stuck in customs. The last time I heard from them was March 2023. Reading other reviews, it seems like late 2022, around November is where all the issues started for consumers. Additionally, it appears no shoes were received in 2023. What are consumers supposed to do about the money they spent, but NO products were received???

I ordered a pair of shoes November 2022 and never got them. Went back n forth for months. They wouldn't give me a refund and the shoes would still come. Last time I heard from them was September 2023. So what am I supposed to do now???

I have the same problem with everyone

I have the same problem with everyone. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes Sept 2023, hoping by Christmas I’ll have it to gift it to myself and two others but up until now New year (2024) no updates, nothing. Just like that we were robbed!

Ordered shoes in 2022never showed,

Ordered shoes on December 24, 2022, reached out in March and May and they said they were still coming. Here it is January 2024 and no shoes. The company refused multiple times to refund my money. I’m so angry. Ridiculous.

I need help

I need help! I ordered a pair of MLO shoes for my fiancée in April 2023 for his birthday. It is December and I still have not received. I have sent countless emails. I’m simply requesting they refund my $60 or send the shoes. Please help me get this resolved.

Class action MLO

If I could give them 0 stars I would... like many others I ordered a pair over a year ago and never received them....emails after emails and my credit card company couldn't even give me my damn money back because they say it was a lair purchase. All I wanna know is how can we get a class action lawsuit going against these muthafuckas.
