Like many below

Like many below. Ordered in November of last year. 40 plus emails with responses up until September 24th of this year. "Shirley" would always tell me to give them time, my order was lost and will be reshipped, please don't be frustrated, the volume of orders is pushing shipments out, etc. Blah blah blah. Still do not possess the goods I paid for. I have reached out to my credit company in order to dispute the charge. Their website no longer exists and there is no phone number to call. Lovely company.

I was just scanning the reviews and…

I was just scanning the reviews and just stopped. Ordered 6 pairs of shoes a year ago and to date, nothing, still haven’t received my sneakers. I have emailed them numerous times and they respond with some BS crap. Today I decided I wanted to visit their website and it’s unreachable, it’s time to contact my credit card and file a complaint. I need my money returned to my account.

Placed an order in Nov of 22’

Placed an order in Nov of 22’. Was told in January of 23’ to be patient. They won’t refund my money because I haven’t received the shoes yet. This is a scam company who you can’t contact by phone. They have stopped returning emails and now emails bounce back.
Stay away.

I ordered a pair of shoes from MLO in October 2022. Upon follow-up (14 times; 1 whole year), they kept saying to be patient and they were still committing to the order. After about the 10th response, it was apparent that there was no one to assist me and the end! When I asked to provide a phone number and a supervisors name, they said, no. It doesn't even appear there is a home office and their shoe selection went from 20 down to 1 shoe (NRGs). This appears to be a store front with no merchandise - stay away!

Worst Company Ever

Just like many below, I purchased a pair of shoes on September 1st - only because I had gotten a pair as a gift 1 year prior. I reached out almost every week in September after 2 weeks of no shipping information. 2 months later and I still don't have the shoes, nor can get anyone to give me any sort of helpful information. I have also been told I can't get a refund because the order is in "process". If you haven't received your order yet, dispute the charge with you Credit Card company. That's what I am doing.

I placed an order over a year ago I get the same run around as stated in the previous reviews. I have submitted a request for an investigation into this company. I have repeatedly asked for a refund. I get told I cannot request a refund until I receive the shoes. I have received multiple excuses as to why they cannot refund my money. Based on other reviews their conduct is very suspicious and should be looked into by the authorities.

Refusal to Refund

I had placed an order for shoes in November 2022. It has been almost an entire year and I have not received them. Over the course of the year, I have reached out to customer service 3+ times in attempts to rectify the situation by providing a refund or shipping me an alternative paid - which was met with continuous generic responses informing me to “allow more time” or “the shoes are lost and that once it is marked as such in the system, a new pair is sent out”. The policy states a shoe is considered lost after 90 days yet here we are almost an exact year later. I am super disappointed in the integrity of the company, poor ethics, and it’s obvious the company is not equipped to successfully run a business. It’s unfortunate that people intentionally run scam businesses and suffer zero consequence.

How can a company do business like this?

I ordered a pair of shoes on March 27 of this year. It's November 8th I have not received the shoes yet, neither have I been able to speak with anyone from MLO about my order. I have already contacted the attorney general for the state that MLO is operating out of.

I have been waitingbfor 11 months now for a pair of shoes. I have asked for a refund but the company keeps giving me excuses of why they can't issue a credit when the package is still in a shipped status.

This is completely ridiculous!!!!

Meteloshoes is a scam

They did not fit! I have tried to return to no help! 7 emails to get order No! You cannot return without it! The shoes came in a plastic bag with nothing in it but shoes. No purchase order etc! They are not wide as they say. They will not return! They offered only 20% of purchase price or replace! After all the pain, i don't want their shoes! At first they gave me two addresses! Both were fake and shoes came back! This time address is in China ! We will see! One was in Atlantic Ocean! Foe 3 weeks, I have tried to get my money back! Still nothing! Return is advertised they will pay! They told me I either take another pair or 20% refund or I pay for return! Meteloshoes is a scam company!

Not easy transaction order. Unresolved

This company has not provided a tracking number that I requested. I made my purchase in July. I have been back and forth with them, they will NOT provide a solution to the order they NEVER fulfilled. They pick and chose when they want to ship the merchandise. I’ve been trying to get a refund for two months. NOT WORTH THE PURCAHSE.

Clayton Kanemitsu is the CEO of this Fraudulent Company

This company is a scam. Not only is it a scam, the founder, Clayton Kanemitsu, BRAGS about how much money he makes from this fraudulent company. THEY NEVER DELIVERED MY SHOES, AND IT HAS BEEN A YEAR. Clayton needs to be subject to a civil suit and brought on criminal charges.

6 MONTHS, NO SHOES

I ordered shoes April 2023, for my boyfriend as a birthday gift. It is now September 27, 2023, and I still have not received the shoes. I continuously email them. I cannot get a refund. I hope the shoes do arrive eventually.

This is the most horrible place to order shoes from. I ordered in June of 2023 and haven't received my money or shoes. I have asked for a refund over and over again. Do yourself a favor and do not order anything from mlo company. There ought to be a lawsuit against this place for taking people's money.

Shady Business Practices

Like many others, I was tricked into giving this company my money with seemingly no plan on their end to deliver any product to me.

On the shoe's main landing page where you pick your size, there is ZERO mention of the concept of "pre-production". NONE. It is the smallest gray fine print on the item once it is already in your cart. Clearly they are hoping you don't see it.

Beyond that, I've gotten products on pre-production before and they came with an expected production/shipping timeline estimate. It has been 6 full months since I placed this order, and every time I reach out to customer service they just say that I ordered a "pre-production" product and I'll get an email when it ships. Could be 6 more months, could be 6 years. I guess they just have carte blanche to call it "pre-production" forever and never actually make a product?

The intentionally misleading checkout process combined with the very shady and informationless responses from the support team lead me to believe that this company is either scamming people badly or collecting money to pay past debts and they are struggling to actually fulfill new orders.
