Great value wadrobe, solid design, fast delivery... and the delivery drivers were so helpful, making sure the product was somewhere safe and not in the way. I would definatley use and recommend MN Furnitures

I bought 250cm Chicago- almost didn't down to reviews but chanced it due to the fact it was over 200 cheaper here than anywhere else
Delivery was extremely quick and they guys that assembled were great
The final product was slightly different than I expected as I was sent a photo of the product I wanted to order and the final product I got has a rail missing they supplied 2 not 3 had a light missing I was supplied 2 not 3 and had 2 shelves missing I contacted mn furniture but they've just ignored it

I ordered an Oxford sofabed and was contacted by MN furniture later a few days later to offer another sofa without any explanation in the email ???. I enquired why they offered us another sofa and told out off stock the one i ordered when advertise high volume off stock on their website for the sofa I ordered. I requested a refund which having to get PayPal involved in the end eventually got the refund in my favour. Was not a nice experience to try to get your money back and making it difficult and delaying fund as getting PayPal involved I got funds back but I feel would have been an extremely difficult position if PayPal were not involved with MN furniture. My experience was not a good one and I would be very careful and see they have what you order in stock before you pay even if they say on the website it's in stock as this is not the case as you will have a hard time to get your funds back which in my experience had to be with the help of PayPal intervention . Avoid if you don't want the hassle as my experience was a bad one and best to keep away to avoid any stress.

I ordered a wardrobe and waited 1 week, didnt get it. They just called and said you will get it next week (who knows which day?) and it will be 30£ higher price. Not recommend this company. By the way everyday they are asking for 10£ deposit

Wardrobe delivery date changed three times and customer service was very bad. The telephone number does not work.
Only delivered part order and still awaiting the other part of order which was placed on October 1 it is now 10 nov.

SCAM COMPANY. They are not even a company, they are only the girl who answers the phone to charge you (then disappears forever) and the delivery man. I made my order via Facebook, (the girl's name is Anna), and she told me that for the price she was going to pay for the wardrobe, they would leave it assembled and installed with the lights. At 10 o'clock the night before, he calls me the delivery boy and says that he only brings it, that someone else from the company will come to put it. Thank goodness I saw the reviews and I guessed that no one else was coming to assemble the closet, and that it was probably broken, or missing parts. They do not return the money. Be very careful !!!

Worst company on the market they are advertising there items on Facebook market with a whats app group that are unhelpful messaged them as missing all the fittings no response then block my number so now have a wardope with no fittings

Had absolutely no problem with this company or the product...in fact the wardrobes that I purchased are excellent quality and look good. Nice easy transaction and kept well informed right through to delivery. Very pleased.

communication is horrible, if you have problems or missing bits from your order they just ignore you. ordered wardrobe from them and it had sliding door rails missing, contacted them about it and to try and solve it but was ignored, no answer, no reply. if you pay cash suggest you to ask for receipt. horrible company and will never buy again nor recommend to anyone.

Damaged and missing parts. Poor and very slow customer service. Still waiting for them to rectify problems that I had with my purchase.
