no sim card

obtained a new phone, ordered a sim card, and after several weeks never recieved it, although the money was taken from my account, after a couple of phone calls and no satisfaction i cancelled the card. quite disapoined.

terrible for some reason our rolling…

terrible for some reason our rolling account keeps stopping each month then trying to log into an account is ridiculous I'm being told they don't know my email account etc. honestly waste of time

Easy to set up a new account and customer service was very good

Easy to set up a new account and when I had problems transferring my old number the guy in customer service did it for me and was very helpful. Good price too.

Support Superb

Support, when needed, is almost immediately available - ie, phone calls are answered within seconds! Puts most support service response times to shame. (and the quality of the support is excellent too!)

Easy to change over, great value.

Sim card took few days to arrive (5), my number was a bit slow to change back to my original for some of my contacts but for someone like me, who has a bit of a phobia about all things technical, it was quite painless. Love the website, with all the advice available there.

I still haven't receive the sim card I…

I still haven't receive the sim card I signed up for as par of my Sim Only contract, despite ordering it a while ago. I now have to extend my current contract and pay more. Not impressed so far. Update: 2 days later. Still no news.
