Non existent customer service!

The 1st lot of tablets arrived 2 days later but the 2nd lot I had to wait over 2 weeks, even though they’re supposed to dispatch in 24hrs. The tablets for my acid reflux have helped enormously though & the price seems fair to other brands out there. However…. their customer contact is appalling - non existent in fact! They send copious amounts of emails, some of which are requests to reply back with feedback or questions, but when you reply you never get a response. My 1st reply, where they’d offered to check none of my tablets would clash, I ended up chasing them over 10 days later for them to respond back to me. My latest email to them was sent over 3 weeks ago & still nothing. Customers shouldn’t have to keep chasing for a response. In addition to this, I was chased asking why I hadn’t ordered new tablets when I still had lots of tablets left & the ones I’d bought were currently out of stock. Mobu need to concentrate more on their customer service, ensuring all customers are responded to within a certain timescale, rather than spamming customers’ inboxes.

Latest order didn't arrive.

Mobu have been reliable in the past and we have a regular scheduled order. Unfortunately the latest didn't arrive in spite of tracking saying it had been delivered.

They actually work!

I have unfortunately been struggling with my degestive system due to use of pain killers for a chronic pain condition. I felt bloated and awful all the time.They have helped me feel less bloated and I can actually go to the loo properly again.

No answer to my email. They do not answer phones either.

Ordered some tablets on 30/05/2025.
Wrote an email on the 4th of June asking where the tablets are. No answer. They have no tel no on their web site. Below number is published on Trustpilot website. They don't answer the phone either.
