I don’t even know where to start. I ordered a furniture set back on the 6th April. I’ve had months of back and forth with delivery dates being given, then taken away. Then being told my furniture is no longer in stock so would I like to swap my item. I agreed to swap my item at the end of May to a specific product and had a delivery date.

I then found out they completely changed the appearance and colour of the product on their website. So I contacted them ahead of delivery so confirm I will get the set I agreed, not this new different set. I was assured it would be correct.
Then come delivery day, they end up delivering the set to my house. By the time I’ve opened it and the delivery man has left, I find it’s the completely wrong set!

I then check on the website and they are selling this set at nearly 33% of the price I paid! Now I have a set of furniture boxes taking up my garden which I’m waiting to be collected but I imagine may never be! I think I’ll be contacting trading standards, as well as initiating a charge back to get a full refund.

My understanding is that Moda Furnishings have been bought out by Giomani Designs Limited since being in administration, so this is who is liable to all customers if you purchased in 2025. If Moda does go bust (into liquidation), you can still claim your money from Giomani Designs Limited

Becareful what you order this company do not deliver! They just take ya money and run

I think Moda must be in trouble. We are missing our order for months. They have stopped taking calls and all social media contact looks to be switched off.

Just like others! Order took two weeks for a delivery date. A day before delivery I had a call to say that two items of my corner sofa set were damaged. They would deliver the rest of the order as scheduled but I declined saying what’s the point of a part order in addition they couldn’t confirm that the rest of the sofa was available. They said they would get back to me in 24 hrs. Guess what no call back or email !!. I have since sent a ticket requesting to cancel the order but also no reply. I have now got the finance company involved as was purchased on 12 months interest free they said they would also chase Moda to cancel the order. Not looking hopeful. Such rubbish customer service. Anyone reading this please find another place to buy your furniture.

Further to Moda’s reply to this message I’ve had no communication from them either by phone or email.

I have two suites of furniture from moda and both are suffering from the rattan splitting in multiple places. The customer service is non existent and they just don’t care.

Update-

I have just had a call from the company.

To be balanced and fair they have now promised to deliver our furniture next Friday.

In the interests of fairness I have deleted my previous review in good faith that our furniture will be delivered.

It does seam they are at least trying to contact customers and make an effort to resolve things.

Please don’t purchase anything from this company they are definitely scamming people I ordered items have not been delivered emails ignored the phone goes to automated system I have instructed my fraud division at my bank I’ll also inform trading standards Avoid please no one give them any more money The company has not been in touch with me since leaving the comment about trying through Trustpilot They have my email and phone number I’ve received nothing I have just received the item today I am checking they are both working

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I placed an order which took moda two weeks to arrange delivery . on delivery date the order did not arrive owing to delivery company stating it was damaged . I then managed to contact Moda and explain I wanted a they offered an alterative item ,so I accepted .This item arrived Friday- damaged . I have tried to contact Moda but no one answers phone and emails have also now ceased . I have requested item be collected and full refund but I wait in hope of this happening . I have contacted my bank now to investigate .
I had not seen these reviews , if I had I would not have made a purchase .

AVOID. Order placed, not delivered within advised timescales, no phone number to contact them, they ignore emails and tickets you raise, order still not delivered. I have contacted my bank to arrange a refund as Moda furnishing do not answer any contact or deliver the items, Scam company who take your money and do not deliver the items you order

They are a fake website. You can not get hold of them. They don’t reply to your emails. They take your money and will phone you for a delivery time but never deliver.
To answer your reply at Moda please can you give me a phone number to call. I have seen reviews from other people desperate to get hold of someone at your company. If you put tha number on here it will help so many people. Somehow I dont think you at Moda will do that. Or it will be another number that is not working.

Ordered an outdoor water fountain.

They called yeserday to say delivery would be delayed, as the delivery lorry had a fault.

They called today to say they didn't actually have the item.

Both statements cannot be true.

Called the number they had called from - "We are so busy we've taken our phone system offline, please email"

Enough said. It's chargeback time, I think.

I purchased a sofa from the talia range a couple of years ago. Love it and it's top quality. Decided to create a second seating area and have just purchased a small talia sofa and x2 chairs. Noted talia range was hugely reduced on moda site and initially worried incase there's been a change in quality. Need not have worried. My order arrived today, in perfect condition the same as my orginal purchase, and arrived as ordered. Happy.... very happy. Thanks moda

The service is very good. Same day delivery as it should be. I bought an outdoor bar set with firepit and it is great quality. The price with the discount is half cheaper than in other stores. I read the last comments and thought there would be problems but I was very surprised when I received everything on time and in good quality. Many thanks to Modefurnishings

I bought my outside dining table set in 2020. The plastic webbing under the table glass is now cracked and pulling apart. Because the original company went bankrupt in 2023, the present owners, who still use the original name, Moda Furnishing, less the 'Ltd', are not interested in honouring the original guarantee.
Their website and advertising appear exactly the same, as do their products. In fact, in answer to a question the following was sent in reply :-
'Yes, the ETON garden furniture set currently available for sale is the same model as the one you previously purchased. It now comes with a 7-year warranty, which is our standard warranty offered under the current ownership.'

So, despite now knowing this product is liable to deteriorate before the end of the guarantee period, I still received what appeared to be another standard pre-prepared useless response from their office and they seem unprepared to investigate the reason for the deterioration.

My advice to any potential buyer is 'Caveat Emptor'.

The product is very good, I had a problem with one unit and the company replaced it with no problem and the delivery company Moda used were excellent, both sets of delivery drivers could not do enough to help, I would have no problem recommending them to anyone.

This has been one of the best experiences I have had with a delivery. Communication was excellent from order to delivery. Arrived when they said snd carefully put the items where I had requested. Highly recommend.

Same complaint as lots of others, no contact despite me using 3 different emails they have listed and 2 different phone numbers. No response at all from them.

I am updating my review as my products were delivered today and they are really good quality.

I still found it very difficult to get hold of anyone however, my 3rd email did get a response and my products turned up within days.

EXCUSES EXCUSES EXCUSE - DELAYED DELIVERY - WAITED IN ALL MORNING TO CHASE AND BE TOLD NOT COMING - ADVERTISED 3-5 DAYS DELIVERY - THIS IS DAY 14 AND NOT COMING.

Scam site beware! I placed an order for an item (which incidentally I later found in multiple other places for a much lower price!) It never arrived and weeks later I have been forced to open a dispute on my credit card as emails have gone ignored and the phone number on the website blocks incoming calls.

I am also struggling to get hold of customer services. The company agreed to deliver my furniture on Tuesday 1st- nothing came and I cannot get hold of anyone via the disconnected phone and no response to emails. This is utterly appalling. I wished I had read the reviews before purchasing my furniture as I would have avoided it. Good to know the website isn’t fraudulent.
