Awful service. Received a damaged radiator. Called the company, they said just repaint it or we can give you £20 off. I told them I payed for a brand new radiator. They said they will replace the radiator but will not give me delivery date. They have stopped answering my calls and replying to my emails. I am left with a damaged radiator.

Ordered a radiator almost a month ago, yet still nothing arrived. Phone calls and emails are left unanswered. This is a scam

Ordered a brushed brass radiator for the bathroom, I've emailed them to say that what I've received it's a shiny gold one but they won't bitter to reply. The live chat is not live so thank you for nothing

Ordered a radiator 4 days ago, messaged them twice once by email once by the online form and heard absolutely nothing back. I have no idea when or if the radiator will be delivered therefore I will begin the process of a refund via my credit card company.
To update, I contacted them this morning to ask for a refund and they disconnected the call. I left them a voicemail to call me back and they have not responded. I have since telephoned again and emailed again. I have now raised a dispute via the credit card company.

The radiator randomly appeared today after no communication. It's a nice radiator. The complete lack of communication has massively let this company down. I now need to cancel the banking dispute. This could have all been avoided had they returned any of my calls or emails.

First class service from this company ordered one day delivered next.small error with order but driver came back 3hours later to rectify.quality is last class and we'll priced would definitely recommend and use again.
