Lovely radiators , very stylish , quick and effort delivery

Ordered a rad for delivery and paid £49 for next day Saturday, i had no confirmation sent through so rang at the end of the day to check that it was defiantly coming and the young lady confirmed that it was and i would be getting a text message in the morning to confirm the time. No text was received and they are not open on a Saturday so couldn't get hold of them, i left a message for them to call me and they never did, i gave them until lunch time on Monday to call but they never called. When i called and finally got through the lady said that it would now delivered on Tuesday and she would refund the £49, i raised my voice as this just wasn't good enough and she slammed the phone down!!! sat here now not knowing if we are getting the rad or not, and guess what.... They wont answer the phone again, Awful customer service.

Had issues with 2 radiators which needed replacing, called a number of companies but modernlookradioters went above and beyond in terms of customer service with extremely competitive prices.
