Order of black velvet ottoman bench
Ordered a black velvet ottoman bench. Ordering process was very easy. Communication from company excellent. Arrived well packaged and no damage. The ottoman was well made with good hinges. The cushioning could have been thicker on the top but otherwise happy with purchase.

I had a mixed experience with Modish Furnishing. The furniture looks nice and delivery was quicker than expected, but the quality of some items wasn't as great as hoped—varnish peeling on the table already. Communication with the company was decent, and they handled a small issue well. It’s okay overall, but room for improvement.

Brilliant service, I phoned beforehand to double check they could deliver our new dining table promptly, it’s safe to say they absolutely delivered on their promise and what a beautiful table we’ve received.
