Mole Energy installed our solar panel array. The site was surveyed and full advice was given about the installation. There were a lot of last minute "tweaks" but Mole Energy were professional and patient and honest in all their dealings. There were no extra charges at the end. The installers came when they said and they never tried to sell anything that was not necessary. I had further queries after about 6 months and they did their best to help. I never felt that I was being a nuisance with my queries.

Supply & fitting were good & system has not given any trouble.
Only downside was being pestered by someone claiming that the system needed servicing.
I had not been told that this would be so.
Other users of similar systems from other suppliers did not get this unwanted attention.

Quality installation and, though it took a while to find, they sorted out a problematic earth fault without complaint. Happy to recommend.

Salesperson was very professional and not 'pushy like another company. All figures were explained honestly and there was no pressure to buy. Good advice 're the different options available and extras that could help.
There was a hiccup on installation when a subcontractor caused damage to the house. This was dealt with immediately and to a satisfactory standard by Mole Energy. Very pleased with the system and the service. Would thoroughly recommend.

Mostly positive. Though there are more layers to submitting meter readings and dealing with different bodies than I was expecting.
Everyone friendly, Fitting was ok, thought pannels were not placed as per initial drawing on one site. Also the position of the control boxes was not in the agreed place. Near, but not near enough.

They do all the hard work for you to get the best price. Really good service, with helpful advice as well.

They were honest and reliable and did exactly what they said they would do.

No hidden agenda, full appraisal of our requirements and a product tailored to do the job. Installed on time and back up service when asked for. Mole Energy are fully recommended.

12 months and still no FIT payments. A third party is taking some of the money, plus my electric bill has continued to rise when I was advised it would drop.
