Rizwan was very knowledgeable

Rizwan was very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous throughout my application with MoneyMart. I wish all Application Support Teams were as user friendly as Rizwan. He made an otherwise complicated experience very smooth and enjoyable. Thank-you Rizwan.

It is very fast and easy

It is very fast and easy. The questions are only regarding your need and not being nosy as to why you need a pay day loan. Much easier to do online as opposed to in person where people are gossipy.

Excellent Customer Care

The representative who assisted me, Darshini, was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I called in with questions and a potential issue while completing an online application (the Flinks’ system was only picking up one of my income sources) - she was incredibly helpful. She helped me complete the process over the phone instead and walked me through all the necessary steps in a timely manner. When providing the additional documentation, I ran into a hiccup and she was able to help me resolve it by email. Within 24 hours (Friday at 4:45pm to Saturday at 4:00pm) I was able to access the loan via my bank account. Darshini was so professional, courteous and patient!
