Excellent Customer Care

The representative who assisted me, Darshini, was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I called in with questions and a potential issue while completing an online application (the Flinks’ system was only picking up one of my income sources) - she was incredibly helpful. She helped me complete the process over the phone instead and walked me through all the necessary steps in a timely manner. When providing the additional documentation, I ran into a hiccup and she was able to help me resolve it by email. Within 24 hours (Friday at 4:45pm to Saturday at 4:00pm) I was able to access the loan via my bank account. Darshini was so professional, courteous and patient!

I had an excellent experience with Money Mart. The service was professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. The staff were very helpful, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I truly appreciated their kindness and great customer service. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
