Ordered a wide brimmed sun hat. Pictures looked very good quality. Paid £24.99.
Did not state when orders that delivery would take nearly 4 weeks to arrive. Setting that aside I would not have minded if what turned up was of good quality. It was not. Very cheap material, with the brim of the hat folded in the post and folds did not come out. Top of hat was very poor. I usually check with AI for dodgy websites but this one I did not, it looked very genuine. But it is a scam. I have contacted customer service as surprise, surprise there is no clear way to return. Do not waste your money or time

I ordered 2 cashmere sweaters in Small. They took 2 months to arrive and received the wrong size. I contacted Customer Service to return and request a refund since they took so long to arrive and were not only wrong, but no longer needed. Customer Service was courteous but insisted on offering a 35% refund max. The indicated returns were to Sweeden. After much insistence, they gave me an address to send to Sweden for return. The package was mailed and 2 months later arrived unclaimed. Once again, a very courteous customer service insisted that they did not receive the package (I sent photos to prove it) and could not issue a refund, they offered again 35% refund. At this point, 5 months later and an additional $29 in shipping I gave up and took the offer. Do NOT order from this company! You will never be able to exchange or return items.

Stay away from Montaveo.
I ordered slippers from this Montaveo. What they sent me were cheap knockoffs that were not made of the same material as the picture. I complained. They suggested I send the shoes back, by way of Switzerland, where the return shipping charges exceeded the cost of the shoes.
They offered me a 30% refund, which they then denied.

If i could rate 0 I would! Subpar quality clothing! Customer service contact telephone number always busy! should have read reviews before purchasing.
Will charge back my credit card for refund as customer service is non existant.

I ordered what I thought would be a quality Richmond Cashmere a mock turtle neck sweater .I paid $103 CA.
What I actualy received was a sweater which was not labelled, no brand name; no washing instructions or materials. Is that not illegal? It did not even feel like a Cashmere. It may have been wool, but as I mentioned there was no labelling so it may have been even synthetic. FRAUD!

Beautiful web site obviously stolen from a legitimate company. I ordered a shirt in a size XL. I received a very crudely made shirt that was the size for a small boy.
No label in the collar, only a small tab in the inside seam 'XL". They offer a 20% refund or send it to them at buyer's expense which they state could take a long time and subject to approval. The phone number shown online say shows "call ended" before it rings. The address they show online turns out to be a UPS store. No company principals are shown on the internet. Horrible reviews on the internet, yet they continue to scam the public with the passive help of the credit card companies. This is the second time I have been scammed by Facebook ads, it won't happen again.

The worst company ever. DO NOT purchase. I received my order which was wrong size and defected so I could not even resell them. I asked for a refund and with some ridiculous options given including I pay for shipping costs, like it’s my fault, I was given an option of 20% refund then 25%. Absolute rubbish of a company.

This company is dreadful. After some weeks a very poor quality item arrived. Buttons on wrong side. No label on garment and no return label. Fit for the bin, Please be aware, SCAM

This company is a SCAM. My order has been stuck in Franklin Park IL since December 9th. Customer service keeps changing the dates of when it arrived in the processing center. Customer service phone number does not work. Keep pacifying me with lies. I doubt that I will EVER receive my order !! This is awful

This company is definitely a SCAM crowd.
They advertised on Facebook, I ordered 3 XXL shirts & 36” trousers from them. No confirmation of my order was received and after investigation I tried to cancel the order and get a refund, to no avail as they stated that the order was in transit. How convenient.
On receiving the order they sent 3 XXXL shirts, too large, and trousers that were either 30” or 32”, too small.
When I contacted them they informed me that the sizes were based on Italian sizes thus the difference. After investigation I found that this statement was INCORRECT.
Based upon the above I request that THEY finance the return of the items and provide a FULL refund.
They then told me that all return costs was at the cost of the buyer, as per their terms, which was never highlighted prior and during the purchase of the goods or could be viewed.
They have offered me a 30% refund and I can keep the goods and suggested I put a sweater on under the shirts. You couldn’t write all of this.
I’m still fighting with the company as THEY made the mistakes and hope common sense will prevail and I receive my full refund, but I won’t be holding my breath

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! This retailer is a complete SCAM. I ordered 3 shirts and they arrived low quality and not even close to the online images. Colors and fabric quality way off! Advertised flannel and arrived thin / cheap cotton. The product was shipped from Florida and the return process requires mailing return to Sweden at a cost of $220. TOTAL SCAM!

Bought some suede loafers for my trip to Italy. They arrived fast and seem like very high quality. Customer service also replied fast on a Sunday so great service!
Anyway pls give me some discount code so I can also buy a few new sweaters thanks :)

I love my cashmere sweater. It firs perfectly. When I wear it, I get many compliments. Great value!
I contacted the company to check on care and the customer support is outstanding. Very happy with this purchase!

Montaveo makes a decent shoe. The pairs I ordered look nice. I admit it took a little while for them to arrive and I was not able to track where they were for awhile. I ordered 4 pair. I was shocked that they came in a big bag. To advertise themselves as a quality shoe store it was disappointing to get 4 pair of shoes in a what amounted to "a big zip lock bag". There is no sole in the shoe, just a piece of cardboard. You have to put your own cushioned sole in the shoe. Overall, the experience is probably not one I would do again. The price of the shoe was good as they were on sale. But the buying experience and the shipping and receiving experience leaves much to be desired. The professionalism needs work. And it is not easy to get in touch with someone. I do not recommend.

The sleeves on the Estero linen shirt could’ve been longer, but aside from that, it’s airy and light enough for the hottest days. I keep reaching for it because it’s just easy to wear.

Very difficult to get info on order. By the time I realized my order was duplicated, I was told it was too late to cancel 2nd order. I recived the items I ordered. The quality appears OK, but there are no lables showing fiber content or care instructions. I don't know if it is actually cashmere. One of the items was the wrong size (XXL instead of medium.)

Ordered one sweater the company sent 3 and charged me. The next day and for a week I asked for a return code which they won't send since it's a sham company even though their return policy states returns within 30 days. Also, their phone number doesn't work...another Chinese rip off.

Fraud abounds! Shouldn’t even have 1 star but that’s the only way I can review. Ordered leather boots and received plastic boots that smelled like cigarette smoke. I contacted them via email to their customer service email address 3 times and finally got an answer. They wanted to offer 20% off price and if I didn’t want to do that the other option was to spend my money to ship back to headquarters in Sweden even though the packaging on the boots I received was from within the US. I do not want their offer of 20% off the order. I am going to report them to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU

I ordered the Averso sunglasses and I really like them. They came with a really nice case and the finish is very high quality. They have a nice weight to them and I don't have to worry about losing them because they're a fraction of a price of my RayBans 🤣

This company is a scam. The website looks attractive, but: The return address on the delivery package is a wholesale club in California, the company address on the website is in Florida, in a building that houses a recruitment agency, an insurance company, and a UPS. If a return is requested, the story is that it has to be sent to Sweden. Stating the cost of the return to Sweden, customer service suggests a 20% refund--which was actually done! --but that means Montaveo keeps the rest. They allowed me to keep the products, which are not as advertised, are poor quality, have no labels for size, brand, or fabric care, and are carelessly packaged. One star is too many.
