The items were described as 'Cashmere' but they are viscose. The sizing is Asian and is not correct. The items came after nearly a month and they are now asking me to take photos of the items which are exactly the same as when they were shipped. I am on day 5 of emails with their customer service which is ridiculous.DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COWBOYS

I bought a jacket 8 weeks ago, the website says delivery is within 5-7 business days and I have not received anything yet. Customerservice keeps telling lies about it being sent and “custom made” which is why it was delayed. I could have handstiched an entire suit in the meantime. Have asked my money back but they say its not possible but then later state that they reimbursed 20%, also this money never came back to my account so that was also a lie! Please take this fake shop off the internet, its a huge scam.

FRAUGT! Bought a Cashmere Cardigan in Large.... it turned out to be in XS and might fit a child and certainly not made with a single threat of Cashmere!!! Not a singe label with ingredients info. DONT BUY ANYTHING AT THIS WEBSTORE!!!
