At first I thought the hour would feel long and awkward but my therapist has made me feel comfortable opening up. I like how she goes based on what I may need that week or continue on from last sessio... See more

The therapist is supportive and encourages me to be kind and caring to myself. She always gives me choices as to what I can do to help myself and provides me with support material to work with during the week. I recommend talk therapy with Mood Health.
Responsive, thorough and connected services from initiation of contact, amazing therapy, and easy billing! Awesome team! Thank you!
This is my first time having therapy and mood health it is easy to use the therapist are great kind and patient also the app always send me reminders about my appointment. I made a lot a progress I feel better and I understanding my self better.
Sometimes its hard to make or change your appointment.
It been good visit so far. Been able to get right medication to help me with my depression.
Couldn’t think of any issue to work on. Neither did I receive any assignment
I had a great experience with a psychologist who diagnosed me with ADHD. I was prescribed Adderall by my doctor. Unfortunately, my appointments with my psychologist have been cancelled and rescheduled 4 times in a row! It’s frustrating because I really need to speak with her and I’ve adjusted my schedule 4 times.
The therapists were great for asking questions and trying to find the root of my problems. Most of the time they tried finding solutions to any issues I might have, though sometimes I was only referred to other help sources instead of solutions, but overall the help was good.
No providers. When there is a random choice, the timing is ridiculous.
James is always delightful to talk to. He listens, asks pertinent questions, yet stays friendly and professional.
I’ve been with Mood for over a year now. Started off pretty good and slowly went downhill. Didn’t have insurance and thought this would be a good solution until I can sign up for a new insurance plan, nope! They have a high turnover rate with their psychiatrist and because of their inability to keep psychiatrist for any longer than a month. You end up having to pay every time you get a new psychiatrist. I’ve had 5 different psychiatrist in the span of a year.
The issue was handled properly and very quickly. Thank you very much.
My experience is always great I'm glad there's someone always to talk to and whenever I feel the need to talk to someone someone's there I really appreciate the help I am getting
Mood Health connected me with Sabrina Brown. A really good therapist. Since Sabrina has come into my life MY Mood Health has improved significantly! No pun intended. I am truly grateful and appreciative.
Thank You Mood Health. God Bless
I was lined up with someone who took all my information and then attempted to line me up with a therapist. None of the therapists offered to me had available times in the near future that worked with my schedule. I was made to feel like my mental health could wait...as had been the case over the last few years with attempts elsewhere.
My therapist, Sabrina Brown. She is so nice and helped a lot. She's making sure that my feelings are always valid and give me tips to how to cope up. My psychiatrist, Tessie Eberhart. She is so sweet and explain me really well about my anxiety and depression and give me the right medicine for it.
The website is absolutely horrible! It’s impossible to navigate. It’s very glitchy if you have to cancel an appointment and schedule another. Customer service via email and text is hard to get ahold to resolve matters. The $95 cancellation fee is absolutely ridiculous.
I would say that my experience was very enjoyable and helpful. The company is doing amazing in helping me manage my stress and anxiety.
