Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 51 reviews, most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Many customers express high satisfaction with their therapists, describing them as kind, attentive, professional, and effective in providing guidance and support. People appreciate the personalized approach and the comfortable environment created during sessions, often facilitated by online platforms like Zoom. The convenience and accessibility of the service are frequently highlighted as positive aspects of their experience. However, some customers report significant issues with the service, particularly concerning the availability of therapists and the scheduling process. There are instances where therapists did not show up for appointments or where it was difficult to secure an initial or ongoing session. Additionally, some reviewers found the billing confusing and the overall user experience with the platform to be unprofessional and lacking in support.

Supportive Therapists

The therapist is supportive and encourages me to be kind and caring to myself. She always gives me choices as to what I can do to help myself and provides me with support material to work with during the week. I recommend talk therapy with Mood Health.

Great for diagnosis; not so much for therapy

I had a great experience with a psychologist who diagnosed me with ADHD. I was prescribed Adderall by my doctor. Unfortunately, my appointments with my psychologist have been cancelled and rescheduled 4 times in a row! It’s frustrating because I really need to speak with her and I’ve adjusted my schedule 4 times.

No providers

No providers. When there is a random choice, the timing is ridiculous.

Scam

I’ve been with Mood for over a year now. Started off pretty good and slowly went downhill. Didn’t have insurance and thought this would be a good solution until I can sign up for a new insurance plan, nope! They have a high turnover rate with their psychiatrist and because of their inability to keep psychiatrist for any longer than a month. You end up having to pay every time you get a new psychiatrist. I’ve had 5 different psychiatrist in the span of a year.

Carson's Mood Health Review

Mood Health connected me with Sabrina Brown. A really good therapist. Since Sabrina has come into my life MY Mood Health has improved significantly! No pun intended. I am truly grateful and appreciative.

Take a number and wait...

I was lined up with someone who took all my information and then attempted to line me up with a therapist. None of the therapists offered to me had available times in the near future that worked with my schedule. I was made to feel like my mental health could wait...as had been the case over the last few years with attempts elsewhere.

Seek professional help

My therapist, Sabrina Brown. She is so nice and helped a lot. She's making sure that my feelings are always valid and give me tips to how to cope up. My psychiatrist, Tessie Eberhart. She is so sweet and explain me really well about my anxiety and depression and give me the right medicine for it.

The website is absolutely horrible

The website is absolutely horrible! It’s impossible to navigate. It’s very glitchy if you have to cancel an appointment and schedule another. Customer service via email and text is hard to get ahold to resolve matters. The $95 cancellation fee is absolutely ridiculous.
