Simple website, easy to find what was required, good delivery service

Ordered on march 6 and received on march 13.parcelforce 48 service.
The inside box was also damaged and magmount was loose inside but not damaged

I collected my order as I was passing the shop. Really friendly staff, had a great chat to Lee who was very knowledgeable and helped me with my purchase. So many nice radios in the store on display

Moonraker sent the order out fine, but parcel force didn’t read the updates to their system made by the customer. Spent nearly a week chasing and waiting for the parcel. Moon raker 10 / 10 as always. Parcel force 2/10

Price ok. Slower shipping than advertised on their site. No response from customer service when emailed. Product finally arrived. No usb cable with the product. Over-all very "meh". Not sure I'd bother again.

After a bad experience with a well known retailer this a breath of fresh air. Antenna went together easily and once in position it had a flat vswr across both bands. I was also able to work a 2m repeater 87 miles away.

I bought the Heil headset to use with my Anytone 878 UV II+. It arrived quickly, but upon connecting it and transmitting, I experienced motor boating. On contacting Moonraker I was told this a known problem using these headsets on DMR. if this is the case, surely they should warn people before purchase. I had to return the headset and get a refund.

Equipment and prices are ok but the rewards are a waste of time as they expire quickly or will not apply at checkout
