It's always a pleasure to shop with Moonraker. My package arrived quickly and in pristine condition. The quality of the flexweave wire on face value looks great. I am looking forward to constructing a new antenna or two very soon!

My first purchase from Moonraker was not quite a great experience, firstly, the antenna grub screws are too big for the extension pole as I bought it for my attic, secondly the delivery charge is a bit pricey. The antenna came in original packaging which was good. All said though as this was my first purchase from Moonraker, I guess theirs always teething problems, however I do expect to buy from them again.

Generally my preferred supplier from the 'big three' as they often have slightly different stock available at great prices. Ordering online is a breeze and their delivery, although sometimes a bit expensive, is really good.
My only criticism is around the manner and approach of some of their team - they seem to range from incredibly helpful and friendly to the polar opposite. If you don't need to email or call them you'll not encounter this lottery.
All-in-all I like what they do and would like them even more if they managed to put some clear water between themselves and the other two big players.

Ordered the “Sirio Monsoon” well packaged, good communication regarding delivery was provided.
Everything was ok with item when checked, unable to assemble & deploy due to health issues for now.

Great site you can purchase all your radio equipment from the staff are very knowledgeable if you have a problem the staff are always ready to help why go anywhere else when you can get all your radio needs at Moonraker the staff are very patient and ready to help I will be purchasing more items in the near future thank you for your help and great service happy customer every time.

Our club recently purchased three TMF‑1.5 30FT Heavy Duty Fibreglass Telescopic Masts from Moonraker for our field day operations, and the entire experience was outstanding. Justin and the team were very helpful.

The masts themselves have met our expectations. They’re robust, easy to deploy, and provided excellent stability throughout the event. It’s obvious that Moonraker take real pride in the quality of their products and the service they deliver.

I am a fairly recent amateur operator. I have bought lots of gear (as you do!) from Moonraker and have had excellent service on every occasion
They have a great range and competitive prices. They are always ready to talk and offer advice and guidance too. I have particularly appreciated that as a relative "newbie".
Things do not always go perfectly. A measure of a business is how it rectifies things when this occurs. I cannot fault Moonraker here - I have had a couple of issues which have been very satisfactorily and quickly resolved.
eg I recently acquired a(nother) new radio! The mic was faulty - Moonraker quickly tried to troubleshoot but when this failed sent a replacement straightaway.

The web application for buying was not very easy to use. After succesful order creation everything was running fine.

i find it discusting that i have to pay ten pounds for delivery and they cant be arsed to dispatch sameday even though it was ordered way before 2pm i would try somewhere else first next time i trust there products and are always as described but constantly let down by there shabby delivery arrangements
