Rented us an unsafe property with no fire alarms, failed gas safety check and electric problems. Refused to respond to any questions or assist us when requested. Very unprofessional

Fantastic advice and help throughout our selling journey!

Moorefields were really helpful throughout the process and I felt they were really honest and genuine ie not annoying like lots of the estate agents I'd met! They had lots of local knowledge and experience. They kept in touch to update me throughout, but were not pushy in any way. They recommended local workmen and also rang me after I moved in to check everything was ok which was really lovely. I feel I could still pop into their office and ask for advice as they have great local knowledge. Mark was fantastic and such a nice guy, and I felt he was genuinely interested and pleased for both myself and the sellers that it all went well, which was nice to find in such a cut-throat market!
