Great support and serene words whenever they speak to me was a great relief while the process going on. The lovely Denise and Millie always support in words and quite understanding in every sort of point. As we are in such a terrible situation they both manage to get it sorted under six weeks, like a magic when no lenders lean to us since January 2023.

David Hughes went above & beyond to help me. I find technology challenging but he was endlessly patient & explained everything in words of one syllable. He was at the end of the phone or answering my emails all hours of the day or night.

I was lucky, because all my documentation was ready to be sent. After bthe advice of my mortgage adviser it took reasonable 2 weeks when i received my final offer! The fees that i have to pay were also not so high, but they could be lower, having in mind the interest rates at the moment!

Both David and Millie were amazing! They made everything simple and stress free. Will definitely use them again
