Easy process

I have been renewing my mortgage through MortgageKey for several years and each time it’s been easy from the get go as you get reminded before renewal where they reach out to give you pre quotes of what it could be until it’s time to finalise the agreement with the lender. All communication and portals are easy to follow and if not they help you throughout.

I would just like to say from the start to finish there was nothing what they would not help with from the start with Jamie but mainly Liam he answered every call and there were many and guided me through as a first time buyer an absolute credit to the company

Great service i recommend …

Thou I haven't signed the final document as it is on it's way to me, the service i have received from MortgageKey has been first class, very efficient, very helpful and always there to answer any questions.
I would recommend their service to anyone.

Trust installed from the first phone call.

Our experience with MortgageKey was very smooth and straight forward.
They were very helpful, informative and friendly. They kept the communication open and up to date- we heard from them nearly daily with updates, even if it wasnt something substantial- which was comforting.
