I reached out to Steven to book my annual boiler service. Not only did he respond quickly but he was also able to offer availability the following week. Steven arrived 10 minutes early and was both friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Moss Plumbing and Heating to others and will be using them again in the future.

Great company with great tradespeople. Very professional and easy to deal with from start to finish. Fitted a new boiler in my property, they took the time to explain different options and prices. Also I was kept up to date on arrival to job and also through job. Great job completed and I would highly recommend to anyone.

A big thank you to Steven and his team for the brilliant job they've done refitting our ensuite. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. Arrived on time every day and worked a full shift. Treated our home with respect. Kept it spotless throughout and had the waste uplifted on the final day. Steven replied to all emails promptly and offered advice when needed. The whole team has amazing attention to detail and the end result is stunning. Planning to have them back to refit our main bathroom. Would definitely recommend.

Steven and Stevie did a good job at changing a system boiler setup to a straight combi. Needed a bit of investigation for pipe routing etc. But this was done without any issue and the guys did a good job of installation with all the new pipework installed neatly and the house put back together in a tidy manner

Steve and his team have just completed our bathroom
upgrade and the bathroom now looks like something out of a showroom. We are both really please with it and we’re happy that the guys treated our house like it was their own and tidied up after themselves at all times and also had all the rubbish removed at the end of the job.
They also upgraded the piping to a few of our radiators which haven’t worked for ages and we finally have some heat in our home.
We would definitely recommend them as they are trustworthy and offer a reliable service.

I was getting my boiler serviced and was very happy with the job carried out. Very friendly and professional while carrying out the job and notified me when they were on their way to my house. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

New boiler and shower tap/head were installed with no issues in one day, following a review/inspection of the problems on a previous day. They were very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions I had, and phoned the following day to make sure everything was okay.

We had a small job needing done that was causing water to leak under our kitchen sink. Steven attended really quickly and did a great job with the minimum of fuss for a reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend.

Great local plumbing company very trustworthy I had to leave a key and let them get in with the boiler installation, no problems whatsoever. Excellent workmanship and tidied up at the back of them even cleaned the floor I would highly recommend them

Steven’s business is great - whenever I’ve asked Moss Plumbing and Heating to take on a job they have always been helpful and responsive. This job was a big one - I’d had a flood from my 18 year old shower unit into my utility room. Steven came out and advised on solutions, gave me a good recommendation, and we quickly agreed on replacing the old tiled unit with wet wall and a new shower. Steven’s team, Stevie and Mark arrived early on the day of the install, taking account of my working arrangements, Zoom calls and school runs, and set about stripping out the old unit. They kept me informed at every step of the job, as they repaired the frame, fit new moisture resistant plasterboard, and then installed the wetwall, a new shower tray, door and shower unit. The team were very tidy in the way they did the work and they disposed of all the rubbish effectively. I am absolutely delighted with the transformation and have no hesitation in recommending Steven and his team to take on bathroom improvements.
