If you have the patience to receive the products at an indefinite date, they are ok.
On the other hand, if you want to receive the products ordered at the estimated date on the site, you better go and buy from somewhere else.
They have no interest in answering your e-mail or if they answer, they give you general answers that seem to be written by the same robot on the site.
If you want information about the products, no one will answer you, I tried to find out some details about a helmet and no one has answered me for more than 2 weeks.
The products are ok or at least the ones I ordered came exactly as I expected.

After ordering a part the first time without clear indication whether I was buying a single or paired item, receiving only a single item and having to give half a birthday gift… I bought the remaining items (spending well over $600AUD), only to have to wait over two months for it to be shipped. If you don’t have it in stock, don’t have it available (or notify the customer, simple.) I got a $0.92 “discount” from the rewards system they had and therefore they won’t give me a partial refund for the absolute joke of a service they provided. Unbelievable.

Stay well away from this company they are con merchants,I ordered an exhaust for my bike and they just sent the end can not what was advertised.i now have an end can and no way to fit it im having to search out the parts their reply after multiple emails send it back but i wold have to pay customs charges and post so out of pocket if i done that or accept £20 refund they are a total shambles.They only put good reviews on their site if you try and write a bad one it’s blocked ,you have been warned.

I am very satisfied with Motardinn. This was already my second order from them, and this time I ordered brake pads for my motorcycle. The package came from Spain, but it arrived very quickly, within just a few days.
The product was exactly what I ordered, well packed, and everything went smoothly without any problems.

Great selection at reasonable prices. Had some inquiries and got a response within 24 hours. However delivery times indicated are totally wrong. First time it took 18 days to receive the order. Second order I had placed on the 4th May is still in there mail hub since 16th May. Today is 22nd May. I do not think it will arrive in time for my trip. BTW I am in Europe. I would order from them again but only things that I do not need any time soon.

Scam. Item mid described. I checked with the chat function and the chain was meant to come with a lock which it did not. Motardinn refused to send the lock and instead said I could return the chain at my cost. 3 months and still trying to get them to resolve the issue.. Save yourself the hassle and use a proper / professional company.
I have contacted ‘support’ numerous times and keep getting the same automated reply of send the product back for a refund (which I would happily do) but not willing to pay for the return given it is not any fault of mine. Maybe you should just send the lock as described when I placed the order!

Plenty of items at a good price but their delivery estimates are useless, ordered on the 4th of may and was told it would be with me by the 15th. It's now the 21st and royal mail still haven't even received the parcel yet.
