I ordered this on the 5th of May. Other than correspondence confirming the initial order I have heard nothing since. I have an email of that. The only contact I could find was through the bot which kept telling me it cannot find the order. There was no other way of getting through to someone to discuss the issue. So essentially theres is no customer service at all. I had wanted the order to arrive before a trip I was headed on, now I dont even know if they have it or not. Very very frustrating.

I first bought size 42 but the right boot was way too small so I returned it and bought size 43 but they were too big so I returned them and bought a pair of 42 again and I'm sure they'll be fine after a while. Unfortunately there were two returns that I wouldn't have made if the first pair had been ok.

Texto: > I placed an order on April 18th only because the delivery window was between April 24th and May 4th. This company failed twice. First, they sold me boots without stock, which blocked my entire order. After I cancelled the boots to release the suit (Alpinestars GP Plus R7), they gave me a new date for May 7th.
As a customer in Madeira Island, I know the local logistics. The parcel is still in mainland Portugal (arrived May 4th). Delivering it by May 7th via CTT is physically impossible. I feel misled by the dates shown on the website. Their customer support is just a bunch of bots that don't solve anything. If the suit isn't here by the 7th, I want a full refund. I will not accept more excuses
