A good experience throughout.

I will be totally honest and true.
We had to be really sure for our first car, Abraham and Motor2go were every bit of it.
The car was presented as advertised, clean inside and out, and drove well(they were kind enough for us to drive the car around for a while to get the proper feel of it). The documents were all in place, and the latest service report done by Motor2Go was also given.
Abraham was really helpful with the change to the V5C and how it was to be done, helped us pay the tax at the site, explained and arranged for the warranty as promised. The transaction was smooth and easy, and based on the experience that day I would recommend them to anyone and also go in for my next car when needed.
The only point I would like to point out is to be a little clear about the description. But apart from that everything else was good. positive and smooth.
I've had the car for just over a week now with no problems as such. I will be editing the review momentarily.

Total shambles

Total shambles. Reserved a car on Sunday paying £250 online. Still no call from them by Tuesday afternoon so i ring them to be told the car has sold! what the hell?! how can i be allowed to reserve a car and then they sell it from under your nose, all the while holding your £250. total disgrace. Am awaiting my refund - thankfully it was on a credit card which i am relieved about, seeing as they seem to be fradusters

Edit - had to phone again on 17/2 guy took my number (even though they had it already from the reservation) promised he he would WhatsApp me so I can provide bank details for refund. Nothing. So guess the chase continues for my money back!

Edit2 - have now received my refund for deposit paid

Mixed feelings

People are looking for honest reviews so that’s what I’ll do.
A bit stressful at first and asked for my deposit back once I realised they lacked experience and professionalism. I did find it hard to trust them.
Once I complained and tried to withdraw, they took the matter a bit more seriously and they sorted everything. They even managed to fix a few problems by getting the second key and the V5 for the car. Overall I am very happy with the car though I would have liked a more realistic spec description, more information on the car tax and better communication. Hopefully they will get better at this as they learn the business.
The two guys I met on the day were very pleasant and things went smoothly. Thank you to them.
I have only had the car for a week and so far so good. Will update this review in a while.
