The customer support of MSP is great, had no issues for them to change the order, as had to wait additional days for single part, so asked to remove it from the order.
On second order they made a mistake in the order sending incorrect size, without saying anything they already prepared another shipment with the correct size part.
The delivery company Fedex is lacking though as was holding parts in their hub for multiple days, and did not receive a call about delivery and was off of their estimated delivery time.

These guys never miss a beat and they’re cost effective! Thankyou guys

i was so happy just by the first fact that you had my tuono part in stock,really hard here in quebec city ( most of the time impossible) takes about 6-8 weeks to get them. and my clutch disc from you got here in 8 days!!!! wow,wow,wow! you just save my summer trip to mont washington that i was planning.thank you so uch for that super fast shipping,all the good following by email.i have recommand your store for parts to the aprilia owner group that we have here in quebec with more then 1000 members.

I like that the parts are available, but not the fact that the Ducati parts I ordered are all improperly labeled as manufacturered in Japan on the commercial invoice. This leads to a ton of trouble with Customs and import taxes.

Furthermore, every time I call the customer support line, I get a recording saying the office is closed, even during business hours. And my latest email asking about why all of these parts are labeled as Japan origin is just ignored.

Fedex also charges a large broker fee when importing into certain countries, however for my country, Fedex is the only available courier. Not only did I have to pay 25% import taxes, I had to pay 13% on top of that to Fedex for them to be a customs broker. Basically, I had to pay 43% on top of the website price because of the incorrect origin declaration and the courier being fedex.

Update:
I also received 1 wrong part (incorrect bolt was sent). I've tried calling, emailing, messaging on Instagram to resolve this, but there has been no phone pick up or reply for over a month now. Has this company closed down?

The order and transaction was very smooth. This is a highly reputable store. I strongly recommend it!

The spare parts picture showed the quantities of the parts somewhat unclearly and I ended up ordering too many gasket kits for the Honda CBR1100XX carburetors. The delivery arrived within a few days. Returning the excess parts went very smoothly and the refund for the returned parts was credited back to my card immediately after the seller received the goods.
