I always get cars from them and always come back as the quality and price they offer is worth it. All staff there are very helpful and also back off house staff that work on the cars bring out good quality. Even the valet staff who wash the cars do a great job. Excellent experience at Motorpoint Birmingham
I recently bought my Hyundai i20 from Motorpoint Birmingham and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience.
A huge thank you to Buphinder and Sean, who helped me through the initial purchase. They were both incredibly friendly, patient and helpful throughout, particularly when I had a few payment issues with my bank. They never made me feel rushed or stressed and went out of their way to get everything sorted for me.
I also discovered a very minor scrape on the rear bumper after collecting the car. Motorpoint dealt with it brilliantly and had it smart repaired within an hour. It was a small thing, but the way they handled it made a big impression.
I’d also like to mention Katie in Sales Support, who has since helped me with another minor issue. She responded to my request incredibly quickly and dealt with everything efficiently and professionally.
Overall, I’ve been really impressed with the customer service from everyone I’ve dealt with at Motorpoint Birmingham. Nothing has been too much trouble, and I’ve felt looked after from start to finish.
I absolutely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Motorpoint Birmingham, and I’ll definitely be returning when it’s time for my next car. 🚗💙
