Not very full in giving advice on…

Not very helpful in giving advice on removing my number plat. Pushing all the time for the V% which i will have tomorrow being the 8th of July. Hope fully when i send the picture of the V% with the right REG on it you will help in the transfer to the company who have bought the car.

The experience felt too automated and…

The experience felt too automated and difficult to speak to a individual from Motorway. I had issues with the App not working correctly via Android and needed to rely on a web interface to speak to an agent when listing as it was sat under review for days with no feedback. Only when I reached out did I establish additional info/pictures were needed.

Auction process was fine and a good offer was received, again I had to reach out to the buyer for an update on collection which took about 9 days. Final completion confirmation was excellent and instantaneous just a shame the overreliance on the app and automated features.

This is the 1st time using Motorway

This is the 1st time using Motorway, but I would definitely use this service again. It was actually the best price I'd got for my car, but the way it all works so seamlessly, with support all the way from the team (if you should need it. I didn't). Brilliant, and soo easy. Well done

Not the best experience

Not the best experience. Got the first offer wasn’t happy with this spoke to someone about it and because they couldn’t connect me to the right team as they were busy. She then said they would call me back in an hour…. Well they didn’t I waited 2 days and no call back I wanted to give them a chance plus I’m busy like people are. I called them and they we then decided I would accept it had to chase the dealer and they never got back to motorway. I then had to chase up motorway again after 4 days of waiting. Then it got re auctioned and got a better offer which I was happy with. They then turn up and try and knock me down. After all this stress I had I gave in and got knocked down and let the car go for less than I wanted.

So far so good

So far so good! We still have a way to go with the collection of the car now but this company puts other customer service departments to shame, with their prompt responses to answering the phone, sending updates, etc. seriously wanna put one or two companies on blast but have to complete what I am doing first 🤣🤣🤣

Very good communication from Motorway…

Very good communication from Motorway from start to finish, although after auction the next steps were not always intuitive this was soon clarified by speaking to the support team.
Really pleased with the speed of action by Motorway and the price I received for my car. Would definitely use them again

A seamless and stress free process

From start to finish our interactions with Motorway were seamless. Once we decided to list our car, every step forward was laid out by the Motorway app with clear and simple instructions on how to photograph the vehicle and upload the relevant documents. Within a few days of accepting the offer, a very polite and thorough representative from Motorway came to inspect and test drive the vehicle and, after consulting with the buyer, arranged for the full amount to be paid into our bank account. We were delighted with the ease and lack of stress involved in the whole process and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Motorway to anyone wanting to sell their vehicle independently.

Ups and downs

All very smooth until the dealer tried to reduce his offer by £900 after inspection stating car needed work that would have been picked up on the last MOT as an advisory. Ended up doing the deal but i had to threaten to pull out.
Payment very quick just be aware they will try and chip the offer they give you

Not worth the hassle

Poor communication and ignored emails from their 'customer service'

Sent a dealer round who blatantly lied about issues to try and knock the price down then added different 'issues' that were never mentioned to me in the report back to motorway.

Great Service

From the off, Motorway is easy to navigate, the staff on the helpline were great. The whole process is very straight forward. On collection day, I spoke with the buyer we confirmed the price and payment came through in a couple of minutes. Yes you take a small hit on the price to a dealer. But you have no stress selling. I would definitely use Motorway in the future. Thank you.
