Really supportive service throughout.

It was so quick, seemless and it took the effort out of tyre kickers and hagglers. I would recommend Motorway as an excellent way of selling your cherished car.

Used this service once before service was great , This time not so , description was incorrect called advisor to make changes and she didn’t change anything…..

Was helpful at each step on what to do and when sold .

This is an amendment to my previous review whereby I said I was disappointed with the price, but it was the right price for my car.

It was easy to sell my car. It was collected quickly with no stress. The money was paid to my account promptly.

A good experience.

Sold my vehicle with Motorway and I’m still in shock how simple the whole process was. I got a lot more than other well-known companies were offering too. Very happy! Would recommend and will be using again if the opportunity arises!

Very good way to sell your car at highest price

Process was simple. The app is great, particularly the photo upload part.
Would have liked a bit more specific guidance after the offer was made. Seemed a bit like the Motorway part was over then, and not much support, particularly for first time and being committed to the buyer, when you have no real comfort they are a responsible buyer, is difficult to process.
Overall, very satisfied.

Quick sale. Asks for a lot of detail and photos which is very time consuming. Charge a service fee which I have now learned that others do not. All in all, quick process. Happy

Day of collection no call to advise of ETA despite email saying they would. Rang call centre who, contrary to instructions, said they only ring an hour before collection. Waited until 4pm and rang again. Noise in call centre unacceptably loud. 2nd handler sent me an email so rang collection service to be told collection had been ‘aborted’. No call or communication to advise of this. Total waste of a valuable day off. Lack of communication and service 👎

Ignorant, un co-operative staff and systems and software that have made the sale still incomplete where I’ve had to ring up to manual authorise and took another week to update which required no input my side.

Smisi assisted me today brilliantly. I wa a bit confused about the whole process, but he explained to me everything accurately and professionally. Very satisfied

Sold my car with motorway had to wait 2 weeks for the buyer to contact me? I had to contact them and arrange for them to collect the car, the garage said they don’t have anyone to do that and expect sellers to drive to them. I agreed this was on my time and expense of days insurance train tickets food then the garage told me the car needed some work to the bumper total rubbish this place is cowboy outfit woods of Wirral the car is up for £15,680 and the write up is how I delivered an outstanding car to them nothing wrong with that car it’s outstanding. I had to agree 150 of the car price. So all in all not a good experience.
