Vectaire bathroom fan
Bought a Vectaire bathroom fan from these guys, cost £30 less than the next cheapest competitor. Arrived within the week.
The product was exactly as described and fully working, well packaged with no defects.
Pretty much did what I expected really.
Would recommend.

Serious Mould Issue
I had a serious issue with mould in my house and I wanted advice on a PIV system. Mould Stop were extremely helpful in discussing both my mould problem and suitable solutions including which PIV would be the best one for my house and what to expect when fitted. Would highly recommend as have vast knowledge and experience in treating mould

Terrible company, no customer service
Terrible company to deal with, complete lack of customer service, rude and abrupt communication and then just completely ignored by them in the hope that I go away.
I ordered replacement filters via their Amazon shop, buying process was fine, but when Hermes (Mould Stop's terrible courier choice), failed to deliver my item, Mould Stop wanted absolutely nothing to do with it and basically told me it was my own fault. It's now nearly a month and they haven't responded to my messages and are clearly hoping I'll just go away. I don't advise anyone to use them if you may potentially need any sort of customer service from them after they have your money!!

We replied to all your messages except the last one, including showing a picture of the delivery and the GPS location showing that it was delivered to your building.
We didn't reply to your last message as you opened a return request on Amazon, which is only done when someone wants to return an item they have received.
If you have specific delivery instructions (which from the messages you have sent to us you do) then this needs to be stated at the point of ordering otherwise the couriers don't know that they would have to try and enter the building rather that leave the parcel with all the other parcels in the lobby.
There is little we can do once the parcel has been delivered (as evidenced by the picture and GPS log) as there is no proof that the goods haven't been received.

The price is in line with other sellers and what the manufacturer would charge (it would be more) if you were to go direct to them. Compared to some MVHR units these filters are a bargain!
They are shipped with Royal Mail who are having issues in some areas of the country at the moment with everything going on.
