Move with us failed to communicate effectively- delayed the progression of the sale- contractors used failed to isolate water supply leading to to leak- failed to maintain insurance- encouraged buyer to offer lower price against client instructions- uninstructed them selves and walked away… DONT MOVE WITH US!
actively encouraging different parties to put in official complains then ignoring then… I can go on! To be avoided at all costs

Lillie Rivers was wonderful right from the moment I first spoke to her! I was so stressed and lots of other companies I'd spoken to in this process had been either unhelpful, confusing or rude.

As this is a receivership situation I expected worse treatment from Move with Us but was pleasantly surprised at how honest, helpful and lovely Lillie was.

She made the whole awful experience a lot less painful so I am really grateful to her for that. She's a credit to Move with Us!

We had an unexpected secondary chain to our direct property chain. Our direct chain was complete and ready to exchange but the secondary chain wasn’t even complete!
Daniel Usherwood was very helpful in finding out what stage each link in the chain had reached and passing this on to us. Our own Estate Agents seemed to have very little information. Daniel persuaded the developer not to withdraw contracts with us until another buyer was found. Unfortunately for us another buyer was found and we lost the house so 1 star for outcome but 5 stars for Daniel’s efforts on our behalf to keep the deal going in the interest of the developer as well as ourselves

Excellent communication via email that provided clear detailed information. Response time was perfect. The efficient and helpful support received from the Compliance Administrator, Leanne Lane was highly professional which was very reassuring.
