It was a huge investment for us to get the boiler changed out. MPH have been amazing throughout the whole process. Well priced, quality product, friendly engineers and office staff that are always on time, tidy and professional. We have never experienced after care quite like it from any other company. We Would highly recommend any product from MPH.

I thoroughly recommend MPH Group. My kitchen looks amazing. Ryan did a great job with the design and didn't mind that I asked him a million questions.
The whole team was very professional and friendly.

David that came to see us before we bought the boiler was very helpful also never pushed us for a sale . The 2 guys that fitted our boiler made me feel at ease discussed exactly what they were going to do very professional. Thanks guys.

MPH group installed my boiler in 2019, in 2023 I had some issues with old radiators & the water in them had become ' sludge' . MPH came down & flushed the system & did a boiler service as this was included in the annual agreement I had taken out with them.
Great service

Excellent communication and help although changed dates of work delayed ever so slightly just joined the service provided from MPH, and so far so good.

I have been with MPH for over 4 years, in that time as well as servicing our heating system, they have fixed a leak in my celing, which was out of hours, and responded to a leak in the water waste pipe. They have always responded quickly when needed and nothing is too much trouble for their engineers.

We experienced a number of problems after the installation of the new boilker. However after a visit from the boss these issues were resolved to our satisfaction.
Unfortunately MPH forgot about our annual service and we had to phone to remind them. We are now waiting on the service that is schedulled for tomorrow.

Reminder that the annual boiler service was due. Engineer arrived on time as agreed and carried out the work in a pleasant and efficient manner and giving advice on what additional work was required.

My annual boiler service was booked about a month ago. On the date specified, I was contacted early in the morning and advised when to expect the service team. The team arrived on time and the service took approximately 3/4 of an hour. Upon completion, they confirm that the boiler was performing in accordance with the manufacturers specifications, and and relevant details were recorded in the boiler logbook.
The service was carried out in a professional manner, and I entirely satisfied with the work done.

Brilliant service from calling in, speaking with the Office Staff, to Ewan coming out and sorting the issue! I was in panic mode beforehand, great, efficient service!

Worked and access area kept clean and clear at all times.

MPH Group recently installed my new kitchen and boiler, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial quote and design phase to the installation, the service has been first class every step of the way.
The trade team at MPH is amazing, and the office staff have been great to deal with. My new kitchen is absolutely stunning, I’m in love with it! and the new Navien boiler they installed is working wonderfully and has made a significant difference in my home.

I highly recommend MPH Group for their professionalism, quality of work, and outstanding customer service. I couldn't be more satisfied with the results.
