The most personable approach to estate agency that me and my fiancée have experienced. Mrs Smith was so happy to help, so informative, brilliantly on the ball with progressing things and she made the whole experience a really fun one for us. Any time of day or night, she would he available to help and support - and she always did it with a huge smile

Lisa has been outstanding in helping us navigate the process of selling our house. She has been so responsive to all our needs and we’ve felt supported through all the inevitable stress that goes with moving house, from the initial valuation through to moving day. She has gone above and beyond and we would not hesitate to recommend her to and friends and family moving in the future.

We dealt with Amy the whole way through and she was amazing. Explaining every step, keeping me up to date, giving advice. Ours was a sale for social care costs and Amy was understanding of our circumstances too. Great service and successful outcome.

I put my house in Leamington Spa on the market with a high street agency but I didn't feel they were doing a very good job in trying to sell it. After a couple of months they wanted me to drop the price quite significantly but I disagreed, pretty sure that my house was worth the asking price.
Someone told me about Mr and Mrs Clarke and their different approach to selling homes. I called Kara who was their local agent and what a breath of fresh air she was! So different from my previous agents - who I had to pay to leave!
Kara did everything absolutely professionally but in a much less hurried and more considerate way. She took time to get to know me and more importantly, my house. And I'm sure she did a great job at 'selling' the house to prospective buyers during viewings.
Quite honestly, there was no comparison between my first agents and Mr and Mrs Clarke and I'm so glad I contacted them and found Kara. She helped to make what could have been a fairly stressful experience much less so, and nothing was too much trouble for her. She's also a very good listener and problem-solver and is able to handle any difficulty in her calm manner. And...just as importantly, she never asked me to drop the price of my house!
If all Mr and Mrs Clarke's agents are similar to Kara...and judging by other reviews on here, they are...I would definitely recommend selling a home with them.

I just want to say a huge thank you the team at Mr & Mrs Clarke for assisting me with buying my first home. A special mention to Amy Richley, who made the whole process stress free from start to finish. Amy has been absolutely fabulous - she has always been on the other end of the phone to answer any questions I had, as well as liaising with the sellers. Amy was professional but friendly at all times and made me feel comfortable when viewing the property and throughout the whole process (which can be daunting as a first time buyer!). If you’re looking for a professional, efficient and friendly service then I would absolutely recommend Amy from Mr & Mrs Clarke.

Amy was amazing in her communication with us throughout the entire process. When she first showed us the house we were immediately convinced that we wanted to live here and Amy was really able to highlight exactly why the property was perfect for us. As the purchase of the property was going through, Amy ensured to keep us up to date throughout and finally came to greet us when we received the keys. We’d choose Amy if we were to sell again!

We had such a great experience buying a house from Phil Dodson at Mr and Mrs Clarke, we asked him to sell our current home. The whole process was smooth and professional, with Phil keeping us updated throughout. The experience felt a cut above other estate agents - from the photos taken to the use of social media to effectively market the house. We sold quickly, at the price we wanted and we appreciated that Phil kept in close contact right through to completion. Highly recommend Phil and Mr and Mrs Clarke.

We were shown around a house today by Lisa and I can honestly say she was the best agent we have ever met. She was extremely knowledgeable about the house and area and had a warm friendly nature. She kept in touch and was extremely prompt. Despite the property not being for us Lisa did an amazing job and we are thinking of changing our agent after meeting her.

Had a first time viewing with Mike (Mr Clarke) and he was absolutely amazing. Extremely informative, not pushy, interested in our thoughts on the property, happy to answer any questions we had with transparency and honesty, something you don't normally associate sadly with estate agents.

Whilst the property due to transport links didn't work for us, I've always held the Estate Agents in high esteem since this encounter and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property. Honesty is the best policy, and these guys are brilliant, friendly and warm. 10/10
