Brilliant web site that allows you to pinpoint the spares you need and then v fast service. What really amazed me, though, was the time given to helping me via email after my spares failed to solve the problem. Nothing was too much effort.
For coffee machines and help I will never go anywhere else!

Delonghi o-rings and silicon grease arrived to time but did not fully fix watery puck problem. So phoned for advice and given some useful ideas without being rushed.

A fabulously useful site which has irregularly kept my near twenty years old Gaggia Classic fully functional. Swift delivery and a simple website with verbose explanatory diagrams, this place has once again shown the old girl can brew better for longer than far more expensive espresso machines.
