A complete china dinner service
After Christmas I found that one of my china coffee saucers had developed a crack. After searching the web I discovered that Mr Pottery had the exact replacement. I was able to order easily online and my saucer was delivered within a week despite the holidays.

Wrong item received initially so I reordered the one I wanted. When I contacted them they were quick to reply. They reimbursed me for the first order and advised me to keep it. The second order came without any problem.
I am so impressed with their customer service I will definitely order from them again.

It’s marvellous I can still purchase the Denby set I first gave to my parents in 1992!
It came in the allotted time frame and was well protected against breakages.
